Program Manager- $36M, 52,000 Square foot duopoly (NBC and Telemundo) station build with state-of-the-art technology and automation. Managed the budgeting, site selection, construction, and technical build-out from start to finish.

Program Manager- Launch of Spanish-language based news, commercial, and network operation including technical and operational build-out and staffing. Directed all technical and operational projects required to add 50 FTEs and two additional channels.

Due Diligence Lead- $21M acquisition, due-diligence, and integration of 3 stations, 150 employees, and real property. Evaluated the technical and real property assets to influence negotiations and to integrate 160 FTEs, 3 sites, and multiple systems into the NBCU portfolio.
